Pharmacokinetics & Pharmacodynamics Analysis

1. About the Application

ClinPKPD is an interactive web application that allows researchers and clinicians to analyze pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) data. The application computes important PK parameters such as Cmax, Tmax, AUC, Half-life, and Clearance. It also calculates key PD parameters like Emax and Time to Emax. The tool provides interactive visualizations to help users understand drug concentration trends and effects over time.

3. How to Use

1. Prepare Your Data: Ensure your dataset follows the required format:

P001,0,22.48,0.43
P001,1,20.23,0.55
P001,2,12.82,0.23

2. Upload the CSV File: Click the "Upload" button and select your CSV file.
3. View Results: The application will calculate PK and PD parameters and display the results in a table.
4. Download Results: Click the "Download CSV Results" button to save the data.
5. View Graphs: Scroll down to see interactive graphs for both PK and PD trends.
